Information you choose to share
You can contact Colton by phone or email. You can also choose to use the linked Google buyer consultation form or Google Calendar booking page. Information submitted through those services is handled under their policies and is used to respond to your request and provide real estate services.
Website activity
The hosting provider may process basic technical information, such as IP address, browser details, requested pages, and security events, to deliver and protect the site. If analytics is enabled, it may also be used to understand which pages and referral sources lead people to contact Colton.
Embedded and linked services
The homepage includes TikTok video players. Loading or using an embedded player may allow TikTok to receive device and activity information. Links to Google, Compass, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn take you to services that apply their own privacy terms.
Sharing and retention
This static website does not operate its own contact database. Information submitted through a linked form, booking page, email, or social service may be available to that provider and to people who have access to the connected account. Colton may use the information you choose to share to respond to your request and support real estate services. Account access and retention practices are being reviewed, and this policy will be updated when that review is complete.
